Karen joined Raymond James in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience working in the financial industry. She has a passion for helping others while providing quality customer service to clients. In her current role as Client Relations Advisor, Karen supports the team with administration, operations, client requests and reviews, and new account implementation.
Karen began her career as a Sales Assistant in 1999 with Smith Barney in Roseland, NJ. She obtained her Series 7, 63, 9, 10, and 65 securities licenses by the age of 25. In 2005, she was promoted to Sr. Assistant Operations Manager. In 2016, Karen became the Business Service Manager for Morgan Stanley in Toms River, NJ. In this role, she managed service and operations for 2 branch offices with 27 financial advisors and was the direct supervisor for a support staff of 12.
Karen currently resides in Toms River, NJ with her husband Jim and their three sons. She enjoys hiking, boating, and being a sports mom.
